The project consolidated insights from 100+ subject matter experts (SMEs) and divisional leaders to define a unified, core-plus-role onboarding model. This approach would have enabled any new hire across the division to join shared “core” training, reducing delays, eliminating duplication, and creating a scalable framework to support workforce readiness.

Roles and Contributions:

  • Conducted a division-wide analysis of existing CRS onboarding programs, identifying inefficiencies, overlaps, and opportunities for standardization.

  • Partnered with stakeholders from 20 job roles to define shared “core” learning topics, ensuring every new hire had a consistent foundation.

  • Developed detailed reports and recommendations for 15 CRS new hire topics, guiding the design of a streamlined onboarding framework.

  • Applied enterprise change management practices to engage leaders, managers, and SMEs, building buy-in for a new divisional onboarding model.

  • Facilitated a half-day Governance Committee workshop to align stakeholders, validate the redesigned approach, and finalize recommendations.
